Greasemonkey Script of the Moment
For those who don’t know, Greasemonkey is a Firefox plugin that allows you to modify virtually anything to do with a website. It narrowly missed being in my Top Five Firefox Plugins (of which I plan to make a second list eventually). This new category will feature Greasemonkey Scripts (GMS for short) from Userscripts.org.
Today’s script is a simple one. Gmail Mark Read Button adds a button to your GMail page that allows you to mark the items as read. Simple enough, and saves a click since Google, for whatever reason (spacing I suppose) put it into a menu instead of a button. It’s a button I use a lot personally and it’s very convenient.
